Field-Specific Criteria
The performance standards and visit procedures as laid down in
the ASIIN's "Requirements and Procedural Principles for the
Accreditation" apply to all study programs the ASIIN accredits. Beyond
these general requirements the ASIIN expects study programs under review
to meet additional field specific criteria. These field specific crieria
have been designed by our Technical Committees (see ASIIN
Website -> 'The Panels' -> 'Technical Committees') ,
which the ASIIN has set up since its coming into existance in September
1999. The Field-Specific Criteria apply only in conjunction with the
general requirements and do not refer to procedural principles. The
Field-Specific Criteria must not be understood as a
closed list, rather they are object of continuous revision in
order to deal with new developments and challenges in the
respective field with the necessary flexibility. The field specific
criteria are available on the ASIIN Website at this
Location.
