Permanent Secretariat


The Permanent Secretariat is appointed by the Administrative Council. The practical details of its operation are specified in the By-Laws. It will support the President in the day-to-day management of the association and support the Treasurer in the follow-up of incomes and expenses as well as in the preparation of the budget.

It is in charge of preparing all documents for the General Assembly.  The minutes and all documents related to the association will be kept in a register at the Permanent Secretariat.
